1.) Using the Internet research and find descriptions for the roles of the following newspaper personnel:

-Editor: makes sure the publication or a section inside it is of a high quality and is accurate

- Reporter: Gathers information for an article through interviewing people or researching

- Journalist: Iterview people and report the story for the article.

- Designer: Arranges the articles in the newspaper to draw the readers attention.

1.) Explain the difference between ’secular’ and ‘non-secular’.
Being secular means to be separate from a religion an non-secular maens to be part of a raligion.

One current event in the news media at the moment is the article on CNN.com about the record of the shrinking rate of glaciers.Scientists have discovered that at the rate that the glaciers are shrinking most of them will be gone within a decade.

Describe the Australian Governments NetAlert program 

The Australian Government NetAlert program provides information to parents and children on safe surfing and internet use.

Discuss the reasons why they have implemented such a program?

The Australian Government has done this program because children are going to sites they should not go to and same with the parents.
